1 July 2014 – The birth of Audit Professionals

The Thompson Laing Ellis and Gardner (TLEG) audit services have been acquired by Phillip Trounson and is now operating as Audit Professionals. Phillip is passionate about small audit clients and keep to offer a practical solution to reduce audit compliance cost for small entities while adhering to the auditing standards. Phillip is leading a great team of experienced audit professionals with the same commitment to our clients. Smaller clients of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) have also transferred their audit services to Audit Professionals as part of the arrangement to provide a more efficient service.

 

9 September 2015 – We continue to deliver

Over a year has now past since Audit Professionals commenced in practice performing audits and reviews for numerous smaller entities. Phillip Trounson wishes to thank all those who have supported him. The team continues to be passionate to assist clients by offering a practical solution to reduce compliance costs for small entities while adhering to the auditing standards. Phillip is leading a great team of seven experienced audit professionals with the same commitment to our clients. With many clients being Registered Charities, we are also providing assistance with new financial reporting requirements that came into force from 2016.

 

23 February 2017 – Now well established

After two and a half years of activity, Audit Professionals continue to provide assurance service to clients including numerous charities where we have assisted in advising on the new accounting framework. We are experts now in Tiers 2, 3 and 4 reporting.
