Phillip Trounson B.Com, FCA, FCIS
Phillip has more than 50 years’ experience including over 30 years as a director of PricewaterhouseCoopers, based in Dunedin. He specialises in audits and reviews of financial statements but has vast experience in both external and internal audits with a wide range of clients spread throughout New Zealand. His clients included stock exchange listed entities, large corporates, schools, pre-schools, health related entities, clubs and societies. Phillip has decided to focus on smaller clients to service their needs more appropriately than is possible in the larger accounting firms. He is married to Lynley with 2 children and 5 grandchildren. Phillip is a fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. He enjoys fishing in the Waitaki River when he is not examining his client’s records. |
Natalie Tham B.Com, G.Dip, CA

Natalie has had over 18 years’ auditing experience, including 6 years within the assurance practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers. Her clients range from local clubs and societies to large global corporates.
She is a fully qualified chartered accountant who is passionate about ensuring clients are delivered the best possible service.
She is married to Lawrence with 2 children. Outside of work, Natalie is actively involved in church activities.

Matthew Todd B.Com, CA
Matt commenced with us in 2016 after previously working for Farmlands, Westpac and Audit New Zealand. He enjoys auditing the various small not-for-profit entities and helping them achieve their mission and goals through the oversight provided. Outside of work, Matt is actively involved with tennis, Taekwon-do, reading and running his dog (Chuck). Matt is also a passionate Otago Rugby supporter. |
Rachel Chen B.Com, CA

Rachel graduated in December 2015 with a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting at the University of Otago. She joined us full-time after her graduation and is now a fully qualified Chartered Accountant. She originally comes from Singapore and enjoys working with people in Dunedin.

Coleen Ebron B. Com, CA
Coleen had over five years of experience in retail and customer service before joining us in 2021. She graduated from the University of Otago with a Bachelor of Commerce, major in Accounting and minor in Management, and is a fully qualified Chartered Accountant.
Outside of work, Coleen enjoys a good reality TV binge, spending time with her partner, travelling, trying new foods, playing pickleball and exploring her interest in DIY home projects.
